Refund policy

  1. To initiate an exchange or return request, you can contact us at contact@strch.com.

    If you are unable to ship the products back to us, we can arrange for a pick up. The pick up will be completed at the earliest possible date from the address to which the product was shipped to. Strch is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been handed over to the shipping carriers. Once your package has been transferred to our designated shipping carriers, the responsibility for its safe delivery shifts to them.

  2. Days to Return/Exchange: The product return/exchange has to be initiated within 7 days from the time of product delivery.

  3. Return/Exchange Process/Product Requirements: To be eligible for a return/exchange, your products must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn and unwashed, with the tags still attached. They must be in their original packaging, and you’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. 

    Only if our team finds the returned product in perfect condition can we further the return/exchange procedure. Kindly note that return/exchange of the product will be at our sole discretion.

  4. Unboxing Video Requirement for Damaged or Incorrect Product Claims:
    At Strch Active, we take the quality and authenticity of every order seriously. In the event that you receive a product that appears to be damaged, incorrect, or not sourced from Strch Active, we require customers to submit an unboxing video as a mandatory condition for raising a claim.

    The unboxing video must meet the following conditions:
    (a) Unboxing Video: The video must be recorded continuously from the moment the sealed package is received, showing the outer packaging, any seals or tape, and the full unboxing of all items inside. The video must clearly show the product, packaging labels, and any visible defects or discrepancies.

    (b) Shipping Label: A clear photograph or scan of the original shipping label on the package, showing the delivery address, order details, and courier information.

    (c) Invoice: A copy of the original order invoice received at the time of purchase, either digitally or in the box.

  5. All of the above must be submitted to our support team at contact@strch.com within 48 hours of delivery, as confirmed by the courier tracking record.

    Once we review a valid unboxing video and confirm the fault is on our end, we will offer a full replacement or refund as per our standard returns policy.

Exchanged product shipping time:

  1. Standard Shipping: Exchanged products will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

    Please note these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes or other carrier delays.

Refund Policy:

  1.  Refunds for the successful returns will be processed within 7 working days from the successful return of the product.
  2.  It will be provided in the form of Store credit which which will be 100% redeemable   on the next shopping.
  3.  Validity of the Store credit will be 1 year from the date of provision.
